I am a self-trained cook who enjoys cooking healthy.  Through the years I’ve sampled many “delicious delectable” Chinese dishes.  Unfortunately, Americanized Chinese food is quite different from the traditional cuisines of China.  American-Chinese dishes are based on heavy sauces full of sodium and sugar.
